**Ramada by Wyndham Edmonton South** is dedicated to providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. We are currently seeking a full-time **Guest Service Agent / Night Auditor** to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for our guests. This role is integral to our commitment to excellence in hospitality and service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, guest registration, room assignments, and key control.
- Provide accurate information about the hotel and its services, including room amenities, local dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process payments and manage accurate financial records.
- Answer switchboard calls, transferring calls to appropriate departments or taking messages as needed.
- Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness and resolve any guest concerns.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk role or similar customer service position.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in using hotel reservation and billing systems.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
