**Commercial Lines Producer**

We Talk Insurance is currently seeking an exceptional Commercial Lines Producer to join our team in Ontario

Summary

The Commercial Lines Producer will have a commitment to exceptional customer service combined with excellent sales skills. You will develop strong relationships with clients to help advise and provide insurance recommendations and policies in accordance with their specific needs. You will liaise with clients, We Talk team members, and underwriters to assess client risk exposures and insurance needs. You will be a motivated individual who is interested in a career in sales that is rewarding professionally and financially. This is a salary plus commission position.

Skills and Requirements
- A Registered Insurance Broker License (RIBO)
- Minimum 2 years of commercial insurance brokerage experience
- Knowledge of specialty products a/o segment needs would be an asset (eg. Construction, Cyber, D&O, E&O, etc.)
- Additional industry designations, such as CAIB, CIP or CRM would be an asset.
- Self-motivated and target driven with a passion for achieving results.
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Skilled in MS Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel.

Position Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication, providing exceptional service, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Networking to generate leads while actively contributing to the growth of the company.
- Identifying, prospecting, and developing a client base for commercial insurance which includes cold-calling and on-site visits.
- Collaborating with underwriters, We Talk marketer, and We Talk internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive insurance proposals are provided to clients.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Collaborating with the We Talk team to develop sales strategies and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
