Sales Assistant, Wealth Manager Assistant, Office

This position is office-based Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm or full-time 37.5 hours per week. Key responsibilities include coordinating client meetings and events, managing day-to-day client requests, processing trades and maintaining accurate client records. This role also involves supporting marketing initiatives, administering client files in compliance with regulatory standards, and offering technological support to team members as needed.

Pay: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 - 37.5 per week
