**About the Job**:
ESSE Canada is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. This role is an essential part of our fast-paced company and requires an unwavering positive attitude, excellent communication skills and consistent attention to detail. This role has three primary functions:
1. Service Management & Fleet Coordination
2. Inventory & Parts Program Coordination
3. Office & Schedule Support

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:
**1. Service Management & Fleet Coordination**
As one of our most vital team members, our Operations Coordinator plays an absolutely essential role in service delivery, team success and industry reputation. We value our technicians and team members tremendously and so a positive, supportive and organized interaction with each and every single one of them is paramount to this position. In collaboration with other company departments the delivery of consistent, reliable and accurate service provision is central to the success of this role. In order to ensure the reliability of our services and the safety of our in-field team, the coordination of maintenance and repairs to our service fleet is another priority for ESSE’s Operations Coordinator.

**2. Inventory & Parts Program Coordination**
Internal responsibilities include the administration and coordination of our existing inventory and parts program. In collaboration with aligned departments, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for the tracking of existing inventory, procurement of parts and consumables, and vendor relationship management. These tasks include the completion of internal reports and processes, open and proactive communication, and a keen sense of anticipation of team and program needs.

**3. Office & Schedule Support**
The smooth and efficient coordination with all other internal departments (as well as Corporate Services) is needed in order to ensure the success of the service department. The oversight and coordination of projects and work orders, use of operating software and numerous digital platforms along with the coordination of billing and payment arrangements ensures that our clients receive top-tier customer service. The coordination of seasonal demands, timesheet and workflow review, in addition to Health & Safety collaboration with other departments is also needed on a regular basis to ensure fluid processes for all. Office reception oversight as well and periodic phone and on-call coverage will be required in this role.

- Bilingual skills considered an asset
