We are a fast-growing organization, currently seeking a Business Analyst to be a part of our high-achieving, diverse, innovating team.

**The Opportunity**

**This is a full-time, non-remote position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.**

**Responsibilities**

**Develop and communicate** - Develop and communicate detailed business impacts stemming from the implementation of deployed client solutions. Produce reports, timelines, and graphics to communicate expectations and progress to management, customers, investors, and other relevant parties.

**Training Delivery** - Work closely with the IT team to gain a comprehensive understanding of solutions to be deployed to the client. Support all projects by delivering end user training to relevant stakeholders to facilitate adoption of deployed solutions. Help end users transition to the desired future state through guided workshops.

**Collaborate** - Work closely with colleagues to understand technical needs. Understand how any disruptions will potentially change a project and affect the business. Effectively communicate with the team leads to ensure client satisfaction, and provide recommendations as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of related experience
- Advanced excel skills, problem solving skills and a strategy-oriented mindset
- Experience working across various sectors/industries is a plus
- Has outstanding attention to detail and adherence to project deadlines while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Has the ability to identify problems and develop creative solutions
- Experience in a client-service environment; consulting experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be willing to travel
- Flexible to work outside regular business hours as required
- Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, or willing to relocate.
- This role is a full-time **non-remote** position based in Toronto Ontario.
