Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Ability to access and repair/paint walls and other surfaces by using sandpaper, scraping and removing old paint.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the facility.
- Primary functions require sufficient physical ability including climbing ladders, operating lifts/other equipment.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Competent in using equipment and tools to maintain and repair our clubs, including painter equipment.
- Initiate preventative maintenance to solve future problems in the club such as corner guards, holes in surfaces and general maintenance and from time to time to team up with facility managers regarding projects.
- Reliable transportation
