**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals and ensuring that all food safety standards are met. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, collaborating with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Ensure proper food handling and safety practices are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with the head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
- Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
- Participate in daily cleaning tasks to maintain a sanitary kitchen environment.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety regulations is essential.
- Strong skills in meal preparation and cooking techniques within a restaurant or kitchen setting.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are necessary for success in this role.
