**TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER** Gulf Operators is currently hiring for a **Talent Acquisition Partner** located in **Saint John, N.B **to work as part of our Human Resources Team. Gulf Operators Limited is a civil contractor experienced in all aspects of civil work including concrete work, excavation, water and sewer, as well as aggregate production and sales. In this role, you will discover a fast-paced work environment and gain exposure to a wide range of civil trades, engineering and support roles as we work to attract the very best talent for our varied operations and projects. **What we Offer**: - Competitive salary and RRSP plans. - Flexible benefits. - Paid vacation and sick time. - Personal and professional development opportunities. **Key Responsibilities**: - Effectively utilize the Applicant Tracking System for recruitment efforts in order to provide accurate data aligning to determined KPI's. - Strategically attract, source and select top talent including salary, hourly and student hires using unique sourcing strategies such as social and digital media advertising, brand awareness and strategic partnerships. - Plan and execute full scale hiring events and presentations with a focus on promoting our brand and opportunities. - Understand the business/operations in order to effectively attract talent. - Participate in forecasting, planning, data capturing and analysis, recruitment related training, immigration process mapping and community engagement/brand awareness. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's Degree in business or human resources or relevant operational experience leading and influencing individuals and groups. - Minimum 2 year of related experience in recruiting. - Willingness and flexibility to travel to company sites. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence others; attend career fairs. - Excellent time management and prioritization skills allowing you to manage multiple applicants while anticipating shifts in priorities. - Ability to initiate and drive processes with a "can-do" attitude. - Strong attention to detail and proven customer service skills. - Energetic self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with the capability to handle multiple priorities at once. - Gulf Operators Limited is committed to the principle of equal opportunity in its employment practices and to providing an environment free from discrimination and harassment for all employees._ **Benefits**: - Dental care - Employee assistance program - Extended health care - On-site parking - Paid time off - RRSP match - Vision care - Wellness program Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
