**Job Purpose**:
To assist management in a wide variety of tasks relating to our chain of adult stores located inside and outside of Quebec. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals interested in growing with the company. As a chain of adult stores, a line of adult toys, and a wholesale business we've expanded quite considerably over the past several years. This is an entry level position that will develop over time. 16,50$ to start, 17$ after 3 months probation.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Front receptionist desk duties when receptionist is unavailable
- Help write select reports
- Potential to write articles/press releases related to the industry
- Search for advertising opportunities in different provinces
- Manage items on our POS system
- Upload new adult products to our website, create descriptions, etc...
- Update pricing, mark-ups and markdowns
- May be called on to perform other duties

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of data entry and computer systems (Excel) and other word based programs.
- Proficient spoken/written French and English.
- Punctual, meticulous, reliable and self-motivated
- Courteous manners with the public, office and store staff
- Excellent communications skills, strong people skills
- Experience with inventory controls data and systems.
- Able to be open minded and flexible

**Working Conditions & Benefits**:

- The work week is 5 days, Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day, starting at 8:00AM.
