The South Okanagan Similkameen Brain Injury Society (SOSBIS) is a non-profit agency that serves brain injured people, stroke survivors, family members, and caregivers. The agency is dedicated to assisting survivors and their families to achieve the greatest level of independence and quality of life.

Under direction of the Team lead and reporting to the Executive Director, the Case Manager will be responsible to determine needs and priorities of new referrals by:

- Develop Individual Services Plan
- Provide Case Management
- Behavioural and psychosocial interventions to individuals and families who are experiencing an acquired brain injury.

**The job will include**:

- Case Management
- Direct Client Community Support

**Qualifications**:Degree in Psychology or Social Work, Community Rehab Degree or Nursing Degree. Knowledge of case management models for providing services to individuals with acquired brain injury would be an asset. Minimum 2 years previous experience.

**There will be**:

- On the Job Mentoring & Training
- Reimbursement of Employment Mileage

**Salary**: $26 - $28, depending on experience.
