**What You’ll Do**:
**Lead and Inspire**
- Build and mentor a team of Project Specialists, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a winning culture.

- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are exceeded.
- Act as the go-to contact for major accounts, building trust and long-term partnerships.

- Work closely with vendors to deliver quality products with precision and consistency.
- Partner with clients to bring their visions to life—curating collections, creating e-stores, and managing incentive programs.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in the promotional products industry with expertise in branding, supply chain, and project management.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver outstanding results.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus but not required.
