**Role Description**
As a Project Manager at reSolved, you'll ensure projects proceed smoothly, are completed on time and within budget, and keep all stakeholders informed from start to finish. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, balancing their needs with reSolved’s goals to achieve successful project outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand client requirements and develop viable plans to deliver within communicated timelines.
- Develop and understand reSolved’s business case and contractual obligations, maximizing company return while satisfying client needs.
- Lead communication with clients and project teams, answering questions concerning scope, budget, resources, and timelines.
- Uncover and track significant risks, ensuring stakeholders are informed and mitigations are in place.
- Maintain a positive relationship with clients throughout projects, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in Agile Project Management in a client-facing role, preferably managing IT projects.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Agile/Scrum certification.
- Passion for client success and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills.
- Experience with project planning software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet), workflow diagram tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart), and internal collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Teamwork) is an asset.
- Proven track record in building successful implementation documentation.
- Experience working in cross-functional and remote teams.
- Detail-oriented multitasking style, managing multiple projects while reviewing/updating priorities.
- Good judgment and understanding of the “how” and “why” in solution-building.
- Collaborative team-player mentality.

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
