**As an **SU**PPLY CHAIN SOLUTIONS TOOLS Specialis**t**,** you will be responsible for the deployment and ongoing support of Hanon’s Supply Chain and Manufacturing Custom Tools solutions. You will provide solutions to streamline operations and support business goals including configuration, end user support / training, troubleshooting issues, testing and documentation. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for development, management and deployment of Hanon’s custom technical solutions developed on C/C++ framework integrating ERP systems and Custom databases to help End-to-End value realization across the business functions. Enable the realization of the strategic direction by implementing standard, leading practice global template-based solutions and following established governance on design principles, solution development and deployment.
- Responsible for successful global template technical solution implementation meeting full value realization across the business functions of Supply Chain and inter-related processes. Enable the realization of the strategic direction by implementing standard, leading practice global template-based solutions and following established governance on design principles, solution development and deployment.
- Coordinates with cross-functional work-stream leads, System Integrator(s), external suppliers, and Clients functional business leaders to drive solution design, deployment and overall governance of the global solution.
- Participates in strategic planning and budgeting activities for Custom Solutions as well as SAP Corporate and regional SAP solutions and platforms on an on-going basis.
- Create and own the Hanon Systems strategic Supply Chain solution plan globally and drive completion of all deliverables. Develop and maintain guidelines, principles, policies, standards, reference models and best practices for all matters related to SAP/ERP & program related processes and solution integration.
- Enforce governance of the standards and bring visibility to customizations and deviations. Drive harmonized industry-best practice process across all business functions and geographies allowing minor configurations (as necessary for legal, regulatory requirement) with no customizations.
- Partnering with the global business work stream leads, serve as the custodian of the finance solution template.
- Lead the development of technical design / solution. Lead and facilitate design sessions amongst business, IS stakeholders/leaders & SME(s), driving integration and eliminating gaps.
- Following established Clients solution governance process; clearly articulate what is global template solution and what qualifies as localization.
- Establish and maintain a repository of processes and solution documentation/assets that encompasses the global solution clearly articulating in-scope solutions. Maintain assets that are current and visually depict the global template solution in forms of entity relationship structures, intercompany relationships including both physical and financial flow of goods and services and all process flows.
- Maintain a solution guide that articulates supported languages (system, data, and output), currencies and various other rules that make up the overall Solution. Maintain the guide, as the business requirements and solution continue to evolve.
- Responsible and accountable for 100% adherence to Clients methodology and SOX controls
- Collaborate within the different work streams and project team members to resolve conflicts, issues, and deviations and drive them to resolution
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of experienced functional and technical analysts
- Lead the continuous development of the innovation culture
- Demonstrate the ability to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes and anticipate implications.
- Participate in design meetings and interact with developers to work towards a common solution.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, break down functional requirements, development tasks, and help execute to completion.
- Maintain regular contact with internal customers to anticipate, identify, and respond to their needs and expectations.
- Produce process flows, create instructions, and provide training for internal customers.
- Work independently and/or with team members to resolve escalated support tickets.

**Knowledge & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Information Technology or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of Custom Supply Chain tools /Manufacturing Application support development experience with a proven record of accomplishment as a team member of large and complex business-system transformation programs.
