Here we grow again The Schembri Group of Companies is looking to add a Pre-Delivery Inspection Coordinator to our team.
- **Responsibilities include**:_
- Responsible for the administration of the pre-pdi, pdi and turnover stages of in-suite and common areas
- Communicate with the construction and operation departments to assist in quality control
- Track deficiencies throughout the construction process by utilizing Procore software
- Co-ordinate with trades, owners and tenants to ensure that all deficiencies are completed
- Assist in the operation of the buildings when required
- **Qualifications and Skills**:_
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Procore software
- Excel skills at an intermediate to advanced level
- Ability to prioritize and manage time in a productive and efficient manner
- General understanding of the construction process
- Site experience is preferred but not required
- Valid Drivers’ License and vehicle required to travel to various job sites when needed
