**Position Summary**

We are seeking **confident, energetic, and goal-oriented individuals** to join our Residential Outreach Team as **Associate Solar Advisors (ASAs)**. In this role, you’ll be the **first point of contact with homeowners**, conducting door-to-door outreach to identify ideal homes for solar and schedule **Home Assessment Appointments (HAAs)** with our Energy Efficiency Solar Consultants (EESCs).

You’ll receive structured training, a supportive team culture, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while earning competitive commissions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Door-to-Door Canvassing** in assigned neighborhoods across Halifax Regional Municipality
- Identify and qualify homes using Aztek’s **Ideal Home Profile (IHP)** scoring system
- Engage homeowners and book **Home Assessment Appointments (HAAs)** with our solar consultants
- Confirm appointment attendance and follow up as needed
- Accurately log daily activity in our CRM system (Zoho)
- Attend weekly team meetings and receive ongoing coaching from the Field Sales Leader
- Represent Aztek Solar in a professional, courteous, and confident manner

**Performance Expectations**
- Complete **40 IHP knocks per shift** (Mon-Fri, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM)
- Complete **80 IHP knocks on Saturdays** (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Book and confirm at least **5 HAAs per day**:

- Maintain a positive and ethical presence in the community

**What You Bring**
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- High energy, confidence, and comfort working outdoors
- Self-motivation and a goal-driven mindset
- Ability to follow a structured process and field reporting routine
- Availability to work evenings and Saturdays (required)
- Previous door-to-door, fundraising, or direct sales experience is a strong asset
- Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in Canada

**Compensation & Perks**
- **$30 per completed HAA**:

- **$300 per Solar Panel Installation Sale (SPIS)** that originates from your appointment
- **Mileage reimbursement at $0.50/km**:

- Access to a **$5,000 Commission Pot** (draw-on-reserve for income stability)
- Eligible for a **$5,000 performance bonus** on September 1, 2025, if you meet 100% of your activity targets

**What You'll Do**:

- Work weekday evenings (4pm-8pm) and Saturdays (9am-5pm)

**Compensation**:
