La-Z-Boy is looking for a Store Administrator for our new Saskatoon location to provide support to the Sales team in coordinating customer deliveries, processing transactions, monitoring orders, record keeping, and customer follow-up. Passionate, customer service oriented, the Store Administrator is an integral part of the team in providing excellent customer experience from purchase to delivery.

Position schedule**:Tuesday to Saturday**
Projected Start Date: October 5, 2024
Store Location: 120 Marquis Drive, Saskatoon SK, S7R 1A5

Key Responsibilities:

- Process transactions, refunds, and settle monetary reports
- Provide internal software support to management and sales staff
- Schedule product deliveries, pickups, and coordinate movement of product between warehouse and stores for delivery preparation
- Monitor customer orders through providing updates and status changes as required
- Notify customers of product ready for delivery and follow-up with customers as needed
- Provide customers with delivery windows and confirm information prior to delivery
- Correspond with other departments such as warehouse, delivery, and service staff pertaining to specific customer needs as they arise

Required Qualifications:

- High school graduate preferred
- Strong customer service skills are required with previous experience in a customer service-based role is strongly preferred
- Ability to easily adapt to changing situations and balance numerous competing priorities
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Must be flexible to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to manage time, work independently and as part of a team, and ability to balance various clientele files
- Must be able to reliable commute to store location

Details: Full-Time, Hourly-based role
