**REPORTING TO**: CEO/Chief Librarian

**UNION AFFILIATION**: Non-Union

**WAGE RATE**: $29.85/hr-$37.31/hr ($54,327-$67,904.20/annually)

Reporting to the CEO/Chief Librarian, the Community Liaison Coordinator is a multi-talented, highly creative professional responsible implementing strategies which increase the community’s awareness of library services, programs and collections.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Degree or Diploma in a relevant field, or a combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a relevant field.
- Experience with managing social media channels professionally, including content planning, scheduling, and monitoring of analytics.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and time management.
- Knowledge of, or experience with public libraries or other non-profits considered an asset.
- Valid Ontario driver’s license required. Must be able to travel to multiple locations.
