We are currently looking to hire a Part-Time receptionist to work evening and Saturday rotations.

Working hours:
Monday through Thursday 3:30pm-8pm rotation as scheduled
Saturday 9am-5pm rotation as scheduled

If you demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, courteous customer service, pleasant character and bubbly personality, please apply.
Applicants should be reliable, trustworthy, punctual, and preferably bilingual.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet customers

Receive all incoming calls: answering, transfers, messages, and operating from a multi-phone line system

Filing, scanning, and maintain general organization

Receive payment for customers purchasing vehicles, or paying for service bills

Complete financial transactions, record, give receipts and balance cash

Preparing couriers and accepting incoming mail

Additional administrative duties as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Proficiency in general office skills and computer software including Microsoft Office

Flexible and prioritize tasks

Ability to work under pressure, or with very little supervision, when necessary

Work with the public and our staff, in a respectful manner

Ability to work with interruptions and change tasks if necessary
