**Dilawri Jeep Dodge Chrsyler - 370 West Hunt Club Road**

We are looking to find an excellent communicator, who is welcoming to customers and clients, with the ability to support our dealership’s high volume of incoming calls.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Greet customers
- Receive all incoming calls: answering, transfers, messages, and offering assistance from a multi-phone line system
- Direct calls to all departments
- Complete vehicle licensing
- Receive payment for customers purchasing vehicles, or paying for service bill
- Complete financial transactions, record, give receipts and balance cash
- Provide backup support for other Hunt Club Campus Dealerships
- Assist with sales and accounting paperwork when required
- Administrative duties (photocopying, faxing, filing)
- KeyTrak

**Requirement**
- Previous experience as reception and working on phone
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service skill
- Excellent Communication skills

**Work hours**: Monday to Friday: 4:00pm to 8:00pm, Saturdays: 8:00am to 6:00pm (As scheduled)

**Pay**: $17 per hour

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Receptionist / Admin Assistant: 1 year (required)
- Retail Customer Service: 1 year (required)

Work Location: In person
