We are currently seeking for an enthusiastic and motivated Account Manager to join our team.

**About the role**:
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients and ensuring their continued satisfaction with our products/services. He/she will primarily focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Ensure new truck sales department growth in assigned market
- Create call plans through phone and in-person to fill pipeline
- Conduct sales blitzes as scheduled to promote new dealership products and services
- Engage management and colleagues in meetings with existing and prospective customers
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Maintain professional attitude towards all competitors
- Collaborate and communicate professionally with all staff
- Engage in weekly meetings with in-dealership team to discuss ongoing opportunities and threats
- Completion of all assigned training courses as directed by management
- Plan daily and weekly for phone calls and customer visits
- Attend staff meetings as required
- Contagiously seek and secure new business opportunities for truck sales and all dealership related services
- Direct all sales opportunities through our financing department
- Offer extended service contracts on every opportunity
- Create annual business plan based on quarterly targets and objectives
- Record all leads, contacts, meetings, opportunities in Salesforce in CRM 100% of the time
- Proactively seek assistance from team members and management as needed
- Work effectively without supervision
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the _Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA)_, its regulations, and internal health and safety policies and procedures
- Other related duties as assigned

**What you Bring**:

- Degree or certification in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ demonstrated sales experience; preferably in the transportation or construction industry.
- Self-motivated and resourceful with strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and presentation skills - both written and verbal - with an ability to influence and motivate others and present to prospective clients.
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Must possess superior problem-solving skills to achieve win-win solutions.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Holds a valid G class license.
- OMVIC Sales License and DZ license is an asset.

**Other Skills And Abilities**
Ability and willingness to travel as travel is required.

**Work Conditions**:
The Capacity of Ontario Account Manager will alternate between sitting and standing for eight hours per day. They will be required to use office equipment, such as a computer, fax machine and telephone. They work mainly in an indoor, temperature moderated, well-lit environment, but will be required to show customers vehicles that are in the outside lot, where temperatures may fluctuate depending on the season.
