Responsibilities:

- Assist the store manager in day-to-day operations of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for new employees
- Assist in managing inventory and ensuring proper stock levels
- Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement operational policies and procedures

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training employees
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage store operations
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and ability to analyze sales data
- Familiarity with cashiering procedures and point-of-sale systems
- Understanding of store management principles and practices
