**Daltco Electric **is Eastern Ontario’s largest independent electrical automation and lighting distributor. Daltco Electric serves the industrial, residential, and commercial marketplace from its three locations in Kingston, Brockville, and Ottawa.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process customer requests which include order picking, order entry, pricing, etc.
- Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives as required.
- Responsible for timely customer quotations and quotations follow up.
- Provide industry leading customer service.
- Resolve product-related problems for customers in a timely manner, e.g. defective products and the return of products.
- Drive additional business by making outbound calls to a provided list of customers.
- Participate in training sessions, trade shows, branch meetings and sales meetings as requested.
- Other duties as requested.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum Grade 12 education
- Must have electrical product knowledge.
- AS400 experience would be an asset.
- Eager to learn with a team player approach to tasks.
- Ability to work and keep pace in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, organized and focused.
