Inside Sales Representative

Brockville, Canada Canarm Ltd Full time

Key duties:

- Answering calls from customers in a prompt and courteous manner
- Entering orders using Canarm’s order entry system
- Assisting customers with product questions
- Recommending appropriate products as required
- Partnering with Outside Sales Representatives to maintain customer requirements for their orders
- Coordinating order fulfillment and shipping requirements for orders out of our warehouses (all locations)
- Other ad hoc assignments as required

**Requirements**:

- College diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience using Microsoft Office products, i.e. Excel, Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic
- Previous customer service experience and bilingualism are assets
