**CMM Technician & Manufacturing Inspector**

This dynamic position has a top priority of ensuring quality inspections of parts are carried out and audits are done in the machine shops. Major aspects of this position include measurement audits, compiling and analyzing data, and operation of the CMM equipment.

**What does an Engineering Technician do?**
- CMM programming, fixturing and setup
- Keyence programming, fixturing and setup
- Ballooning drawings and creating precision records for internal first-article inspections
- Inspect machined, molded and turned parts using manual measuring instruments
- Record, compile and analyze measurement data
- Record and report SPC data
- Audit precision records filled out by machine operators and set up staff
- Assist operators with measurement questions and issues
- Create detailed Non-Conformance Reports, Quality Alerts, and support Corrective Actions

**What you bring to the table**
- Experience with CMM and mechanical measuring equipment
- Self-motivation and time management
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to adopt and implement new technologies and procedures
- Ability to prepare FAI documents for AS9102

**Desired**:

- Lean Six Sigma skills/knowledge
- Knowledge of statistical process control methods
- Knowledge of ANSI standards
- Knowledge of different manufacturing methods
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing
- CMM programming experience
- AS9100 Knowledge
- SolidWorks 2D and 3D software experience

**Salary information: $58K-65K (Salary is dependent on experience)**
- Previous experience is required, but we are open to individuals with previous transferable skills such as: CMM operator, CMM programmer, CMM_
