Registered Psychotherapist (Tele and Video-Counselling)

Ontario (Remote)

Independent Contractor

Summary:
Reporting to the Clinical Supervisor, you will provide counselling services through phone and video to LifeWorks' Employee Assistance Program (EAP) clients.

What you will do:
- Provide short-term tele and video-counselling to individuals dealing with various personal issues, within the terms and conditions of the client’s EAP;
- Manage the administrative requirements as dictated by LifeWorks' clinical models.

Who we are looking for:

- Master’s Degree in a Counselling related field is mandatory;
- Full membership with College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO);
- Valid professional liability insurance;
- Minimum five (5) years post-graduate counselling experience;
- Ability to work within a short term solution focused model;
- Ability to clinically manage high-risk cases;
- Comfort using video-conference platform;
- Must be based in Ontario.

Where permitted by law, company employees must be fully immunized to access a TELUS Health or LifeWorks office or customer premises.
