We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven **E-commerce Platform Optimization Specialist** for a 3-month contract, with potential for a longer-term role based on performance. This position focuses on optimizing the functionality, structure, and user experience of our Shopify platform to better serve our health-conscious customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Product Classification & Organization**
- Conduct a full audit of existing product data and catalog structure
- Redesign product categorization for improved navigation and customer usability
- Ensure product listings are accurate, standardized, and aligned with customer search behaviors

**2. User Experience (UX) Optimization**
- Customize Shopify templates to enhance visual appeal and ease of use
- Implement interactive tools (e.g., custom order forms, product advisors)
- Integrate customer service tools like chatbots for real-time support

**3. Backend Operational Improvements**
- Set up features such as back-in-stock notifications to boost conversions
- Improve search, filter, and recommendation systems to support customer discovery
- Propose and implement backend solutions that increase efficiency and scalability

**Qualifications**:

- **Shopify Expertise**: 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing and customizing Shopify platforms
- **Product Structuring Skills**: Strong ability to design intuitive, logic-based product taxonomies
- **UI/UX Knowledge**: Demonstrated understanding of user behavior and interface design
- **Data Analysis**: Experience using behavioral or sales data to inform decision-making
- **Health Product Familiarity**: Understanding of wellness and health product categories is a plus
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is an asset
