**The Role**:
Your aim as a Recruiter is to get to know your client and their working culture inside out. To get right under the skin of their business and build a truly detailed picture. One that allows you to identify exactly what their resourcing needs are and to create effective hiring strategies.

You’ll be involved in the recruitment process from beginning to end. Confident and highly credible, you’ll engage directly with the client. That means listening carefully, giving expert advice and managing their expectations at every stage.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Build and strengthen relationships with hiring managers
- Project management
- Interpret resourcing plans
- Define role requirements
- Deliver fresh and original sourcing strategies

**Skills & Experience**:

- **Bilingual English and French**:

- **2+ years of Recruitment experience in pharmaceutical industry is required - RPO or corporate experience is preferred (Matrix Environment)**:

- **Full cycle recruiting experience mandatory**:

- Strong customer focus and proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to build credible relations over the phone
- Previous experience of working within a multinational recruitment or professional services environment preferred
