The Sales & Service Representative delivers stellar guest interactions across mediums, to educate, advise and sell our customers our world class products. Piloting our CRM and using phone calls, live chats, and other digital platforms, your role is engaging customers, qualifying leads, and ensuring high-quality sales and service across all touch-points.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Interactions**: Respond to Customer and prospect inquiries with product knowledge, technical product detail and consultative information.
- **Lead Qualification**: Identify and qualify potential leads and direct them through the sales funnel or engage directly to close sales
- **Outbound Calling**: Reach out to leads and customers with follow-up calls & messaging to convert inquiries into sales.
- **Sales Calls**: Conduct sales calls and guide buyers through the product selection path utilizing your product knowledge and industry experience
- **Live Chat Management**: Engage with customers and prospects in real-time via live chat to promote and sell products
- **Generate & Monitor Reviews**:Monitor reviews across platforms, respond in kind, and solicit positive reviews
- **CRM Ecosystem**: Experience with Hubspot or other CRM tools
**Qualifications**
- A passion for sales, customer service and telling the story
- Experience in phone - based customer interaction
- Digital customer interactions
- Keen ability to multitask and manage multiple channels simultaneously.
- Comfortable with technology and learning new software.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
