We are looking for someone to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator with a particular skill in ad creation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies and transforming concepts into polished video & print content that engages and captivates audiences. You will work closely with team members to ensure that the final product aligns with the project vision and meets high-quality standards. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop, test, and optimize marketing strategies to grow and sustain a strong inbound lead funnel.
- Build and manage scalable marketing workflows and processes by leveraging the right technology.
- Help shape the Iron Embers brand voice and presence across channels.
- Develop engaging content for Iron Ember’s target audience to be used in paid advertising campaigns.
- Utilize various editing software to enhance video quality, including color correction, sound editing, and visual effects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback from team members to refine edits and improve final outputs.
- Maintain organized project files and adhere to best practices for video production workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in video editing.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, messaging, and platforms.
- Coordinate with print & other vendors to ensure all design work meets budget, process, quality, and timeline expectations.

**Skills and Experiences**:

- 3+ years in a comparable position
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and consumer psychology
- A creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling.
- Experience with drones and videography would be an asset.
