About Red River Mega Coats:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within the coatings industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities within the industrial coatings sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including manufacturers, contractors, and distributors.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions involving industrial painting, powder coating, and galvanizing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitive opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry developments, attend trade shows, and network to strengthen the company’s presence.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in steel coatings or a related industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of industrial painting, powder coating, and galvanizing processes would be an asset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
