**Your Role at FCR**

We are seeking a Cloud Accounting Specialist to work out of our Sudbury or North Bay office, supporting clients through cloud-based accounting services. In this role, you will:

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records for clients, ensuring all transactions comply with accounting standards.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in managing client accounts, offering high-quality financial reporting and service delivery.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their financial operations and provide accounting support and guidance.
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reports to clients, addressing any queries and providing financial insights.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through exceptional service.
- Stay informed about updates to accounting standards, industry trends, and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance both technical and leadership skills.

**Keys to your Success**
- Intermediate understanding of computers and accounting software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with accounting standards and practices
- Practical experience with cloud accounting systems such as Xero
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage deadlines on multiple projects
- Knowledge of fund accounting and/or tracking categories in accounting software a definite plus

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or related field.

Location: 122 Main St W Floor 2, North Bay or 62 Frood Rd Unit 301, Greater Sudbury.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
