The Driving Force Inc. is currently seeking a Wholesale Fleet Coordinator to join our Wholesale department in our Mississauga location to oversee the maintenance of a vehicle as per TDF Group's Inc.'s policies and procedures.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Preparing incoming and outgoing fleet
- Performing vehicle inspections
- Processing paperwork from vendors and internal rental division
- Working with vendors and maintenance drivers to ensure an optimized return to service for all vehicles
- Active participation in our Health and Safety Program
- Schedule vehicles for routine maintenance
- Work Closely with the rentals department to repair damages in a timely manner
- Receive, rig and register new vehicles

**What You Bring**:

- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in customer service and the automotive industry
- Excellent organizational skills; Integrity and commitment
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- A valid Driver’s License with a clean record and clear criminal security clearance
- Completion of secondary school or equivalent
