- Support quotidien soutenu pour les clients, y compris le dépannage pour les problèmes de connectivité et de paiement
- Fournir des mises à jour et des connaissances continues pour servir nos clients, de façon à leur permettre d'obtenir une efficacité et une productivité maximales à partir de nos solutions proposées
**Responsabilités supplémentaires**

**Compétences**

**Qualifications**
- Diplôme d'études postsecondaires ou une expérience équivalente
- Expérience de travail au sein de l'industrie de l'assurance de dommages, avec connaissance du courtage et des opérations des sociétés d'assurance
- Familiarité avec les principaux systèmes de courtage
- Connaissance pratique des principes comptables et des produits bancaires
