Bread 'N Batter Co. is a family bakery situated in the heart of Milton, Ontario. Upon being featured on Food Network's Project Bakeover, the demand has quickly increased, hence, the call to grow our team. We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and self-directed individual that will bring their passion and experience to our well-loved products and work environment.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
*Must have some baking experience *Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn *Must be available during Saturday shift and/or opening shifts. *Must strictly adhere to food safety practices and standards and COVID-19 protocols while preparing products and working within the premises *A Valid Food Safety and Handler's Certificate is an asset *1+ year of Culinary Management is an asset *Customer Service Experience is an asset

**SKILLS AS ASSETS**:
*Ability to decorate cakes and cupcakes with speed and finesse *Ability to work with a team *Proficient in Microsoft Excel *Proficient in English *Quick Learner *Independent *Easily adaptable *Detail-oriented *Excellent time management *Very punctual

**JOB TYPES**:Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**PART-TIME HOURS**:40 hours per week for Full-Time, less than 30h for Part-Time (+/- depending on demand)

**COMPENSATION**:$18-$20 per hour

**NOTE**:There will be a regular assessment, and re-evaluation will occur by or after probation.There is great opportunity for advancement in this position.We thank you for your interest in working with our family at Bread 'N Batter. **EXPERIENCE**:

- Baking: 1 year in a professional bakery, or at least 6 months in a professional Filipino-based bakery

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $18.00 - $20.00/hour.
