We are currently seeking a Law Clerk with experience in Real Estate, Estates, Family and/or Corporate Law.

The successful applicant will have experience in any/all of the following:

- managing and organizing all aspects of a real estate file, including completing title searches within the Teraview program, preparing closing documents for real estate transactions, and obtaining title insurance policies, invoicing and reporting;
- handling all aspects of an estate file, including managing probate documentation, serving and filing document with the Court, general administration of estate files, invoicing and reporting, and/or
- administration of corporate files including new incorporations, amalgamations, and dissolutions, maintaining corporate records, conducting corporate and securities searches, invoicing and reporting.

Salary will be commensurate with experience. Benefits are available after a three month probationary period.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 per week
