**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage customers with a friendly demeanor to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers in understanding product features and benefits.
- Utilize technology sales skills to effectively communicate product information and upsell items.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on the sales floor and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Exhibit effective communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, to engage with customers professionally.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is advantageous.
- Basic math skills are required for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment and manage inventory effectively.
- Ability to demonstrate upselling techniques while maintaining a focus on customer needs.

Pay: $39,497.39-$75,701.76 per year
