**Your day-to-day**:
Your role primarily involves greeting customers, offering help in locating items and making any suggestions or recommendations that may be appropriate. Other tasks and duties you may perform include:

- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
- Ensure store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards.
- Replace used stock, rotate current stock, and ensure satisfactory inventory levels.
- Assist with display of merchandise.
- Assist with inventory management.
- Participate in all manner of store maintenance
- Receive and process warehouse stock products.
- Manually load and unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, and lifting devices

As a Keyholder/MOD, your role is to ensure that store operations run smoothly in the absence of a store manager or assistant manager. Additional duties may include but are not limited to:

- Resolve customer complaints
- Complete Manager on Duty check list
- Check and log temperature checks
- Inspect and goods for incoming and outgoing shipments, reject damaged goods
- Ensure that all cleaning logs are being followed
- Support employees with questions or problems that arise
- Make end of day deposits
- Completing end of night closing lists
- Responsible for locking up and setting alarm
- Other duties as assigned

**What you bring**:

- Experience in a supervisory role is preferred
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Enthusiasm for informing customers about products and services
- Experience in a leadership role
- Ability to multitask
- Focus on customer satisfaction
- Flexible availability
