**THE ROLE**

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Administrator to design, develop, and implement the functional architecture of our Salesforce system & Revenue Technologies. This role is critical in driving the strategic direction and architecture of these systems, as well as ensuring their seamless integration and optimal performance. The Systems Administrator will manage junior team member as they oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the Salesforce system, including data management, user management, and troubleshooting while overseeing junior staff members.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**

**THE ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Lead, Design & Develop the strategic direction and architecture of our Salesforce Instance and other revenue technologies (Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, Operations Tools, etc.).
- Ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of all systems.
- Manage a junior team member who will assist with day-to-day tasks & quarterly projects.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to ensure that our systems align with business objectives.
- Continuously improve and optimize our systems to drive revenue growth.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in Salesforce and other revenue technologies.
- Create & maintain documentation of the Salesforce System Architecture and Integration.
- Translate Business Requirements into Functional Salesforce Solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in Salesforce and other CRM Technologies.

**THE KEY COMPETENCIES**
- Excellent Communication & Collaboration Skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong Understanding of Salesforce functional Architecture and business process
- Experience with custom Development and Managing large
- scale Integration Projects
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.
- Public Safety Industry Experience is a plus.
