**THE OPPORTUNITY**

TechInsights is currently seeking a Junior System Administrator (Salesforce & NetSuite). In this role, you will provide crucial support to the Salesforce & NetSuite system administrators, contributing to the management, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of these systems. This position offers a dynamic opportunity for professional growth and hands-on experience in the administration of key business systems.

This role will be based out of our Ottawa office.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Salesforce & NetSuite System Administration
- Assist the system administrators in ensuring that these systems perform to users’ expectations and address business needs/requirements
- Work closely with the system administrators and key business owners to gather and analyze system requirements, develop proposed solutions, and rationalize/prioritize improvements
- Implement and document backend updates and customizations
- Code, develop, and monitor ETLs in Mulesoft
- Monitor system performance, develop and implement periodic data quality and integrity checks to communicate potential discrepancies to business owners
- User Support
- Onboard new users by setting up access.
- Address JIRA tickets in accordance with guidance from system administrators.
- Conduct training programs and provide detailed documentation to guide new users on leveraging system functionalities and updates.
- Documentation
- Under system administrators’ guidance, build internal detailed technical documentation, manuals and policies.
- Work under the guidance of system administrators to create comprehensive internal technical documentation, manuals, and policies

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Minimum one to two years of experience in related fields
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline or experience is required.
- At least one to two years of experience with Salesforce & and NetSuite
- Ability to investigate and solve problems in stressful situations.
- Strong attention to detail and communication/interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to inexperienced users.
- Ability to manage own time and competing priorities.
- Adaptability to unexpected changes and requests.
- Ability and drive to develop a solid knowledge of the systems technically and from a user’s perspective.
- Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking
