**Your work environment at EXP**

In this role, you will be a part of the **Land Development**team, based in **Calgary**office.

The successful applicants will be joining a diverse engineering group in Western Canada poised for growth and challenging opportunities well into the future. This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Director, Land Development Western Canada **.**

We work for many of the top land developers in and around the City of Calgary on large and multifaceted projects and with a broad variety of partners from planners to archaeologists to approving authorities. We provide our team with an opportunity to work in an industry that has a large beneficial impact on the residents of the City of Calgary and surrounding area.
- Assisting Project Managers and project teams with design & construction coordination for shallow utilities. Applicant should have a strong knowledge of Enmax UIDP shallow utility process and pending Developer Choice model. This Enmax driven process requires the consultant to be more involved in the design and implementation of the UIPD program, including support to design reviews, schedule monitoring, cost estimating, quote review and coordination of rebates from shallow utility parties.

**What your experience looks like**
- College or university education is an asset
- Have a strong customer service orientation
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Bring a high level of knowledge in Microsoft Office. MS Office Apps primarily used include Excel, Project, SharePoint, Word
- Having a background in shallow utility design/construction in Land Development, preferably in the Calgary Region, is an asset.
- Understanding project management principles and practices is an asset
