Join us for a fulfilling career with a balanced lifestyle. **Responsibilities**: DATA ANALYSIS - Participate in the creation and maintenance of various key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Marketing department. - Measure social media performance, analyze data and identify trends for continuous improvement of our digital marketing initiatives. - Utilize web analytics tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics. - Interpret data to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making. - Develop customer segmentations - generate insights into customer behavior to foster a better understanding of purchase drivers and customer personas. - Identify consumer behavior and make recommendations for future initiatives. - Analyze online store performance and monitor the customer buying journey to identify friction points and areas for improvement/optimization. MANAGEMENT - Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on social networks, including budget allocation, targeting and performance tracking, to maximize ROI and drive lead generation. - Keep the marketing budget on track, track ROI, and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness and efficiency. - Ensure that content created by the marketing team communicates MINI TIPI's brand and mission in a compelling way to our target audience. - Continue to improve processes to increase quality and efficiency. - Lead and mentor a talented marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. STRATEGY - Develop digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our online store. - Develop and execute innovative social media and digital marketing strategies that enhance our brand, build engagement and drive business growth. - Implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. PLANNING - Set clear goals, establish timelines, and coordinate resources to ensure successful campaign execution. - Participate in the development of the annual marketing calendar and initiatives. - Plan campaigns to launch new collections. - Plan photoshoots. - Prepare reports to facilitate decision-making with the Head of Marketing. OTHER - Cultivate partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences. - Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth. - The above is not an exhaustive list of duties associated with this role. You will be expected to perform different tasks as necessities by your changing role and the overall business objectives of the organizations **Qualifications**: MANDATORY - Degree in marketing, communications or related field - 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in strategy development and team leadership. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions. - Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
