**About the opportunity**:
Best Way Stone is looking for an energetic, positive and team-oriented Summer Customer Service Specialist to join our Uxbridge team. This role supports both customer service and yard operations - helping customers with inquiries and orders, providing in-office support, inventory control, and assisting with order fulfillment. Acting as a key liaison between Best Way Stone and our ever-evolving customer base, this position plays an important role in creating a smooth and positive experience.
- Post-secondary education in progress.
- Demonstrated prior customer service or related experience
- Previous outdoor labour or warehouse experience is an asset
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both oral and written, is an asset.
- Ability to use basic math skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in both office and yard settings.
- Physically capable of lifting, assembling displays and packing materials.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.

- Some of the responsibilities for this role include:_
- Provide friendly, helpful service to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Enter purchase orders, confirming order dates, taking phone orders and entering phone and fax orders into the computer system.
- Monitor materials for rack assembly and flag any stock shortages.
- Perform physical duties, as needed, including lifting items up to 80 pounds.
- Keep work areas and yard clean, safe and well-organized.
- Perform tractor-trailer checks to ensure load accuracy before delivery.
- Be responsive and timely, and display a caring attitude
- Answer or find the answers to customer questions
- Process all cash and credit card transactions.
- Assist with completion of special projects as needed and assigned.

This is a seasonal position from May-September. This position will require Saturday hours as well.
