Our SITE SUPERVISOR has;
- 2 or more years of site supervision experience in the Construction industry, specifically in custom residential or commercial tenant improvement projects that include a high level of design detail (required)
- Experience with construction management and coordination, understanding of project budget & schedule monitoring (required)
- 5+ years of on the tools experience as a Carpenter or similar (required)
- Assertive communication skills, confident supervising a team on-site as well as liaising with trade/supply partners

SITE SUPERVISION DUTIES WILL INCLUDE;
- Consistent assessment of project progress (on-site) and reporting
- Providing daily coordination and administrative support to Project Managers/Coordinators
- Providing daily coordination and monitoring of on site work with subtrades

As well as assisting with;
- Schedule monitoring and reporting
- Communication with TPI staff, project team (consultants and client) and authorities having jurisdiction
- All site scheduling, logistics and planning
- Co-ordination, direction and feedback to all subtrades and site staff
- Ordering and pickup/delivery co-ordination of all materials, supplies and equipment to site

This position is full time, and health and dental benefits are available at 6 months.

We currently have work sites throughout South Surrey, Cloverdale, West Vancouver, North Vancouver and Downtown. A requirement of the position is that you are able to travel to site as needed.

** This position will begin onboarding in September
