Outbound Customer Service and Sales Representative

This is a **permanent, full-time onsite** position based at:
- _255 Consumers Road, Suite 400, Toronto, ON M2J 1R4_
- **Current Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- **Future Flexibility**: Hours may extend until 8:00 PM on weekdays, with **regular Saturday shifts**

**Responsibilities**:
- **Application Walk-Through Support**
Answer questions and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish
- **Assist in Funding Loans**
Help customers complete any outstanding steps to fund their loan quickly and efficiently
- **Make Proactive Outbound Calls**
- **Question Resolution**
Build trust and confidence with prospects
- **Retail Referral Support**
When appropriate, direct customers to a nearby retail location for in-person assistance and further support
- **Accurate Documentation**
Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and outcomes in our CRM system
**What Are We Looking For?**
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (outbound preferred)
- Comfortable making outbound calls and working toward targets
- Strong computer and multitasking skills
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Resilience and a positive attitude
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- Time management and follow-up discipline
- Confidence in handling objections and closing conversations
**Additional Requirements**:
- Must successfully complete a **criminal background check** and **credit check**
