**Position**: 8-Hour Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
**Schedule**: Weekdays & Weekends

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor to join our team. This part-time position offers two shift options: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor will play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction, performing night audit duties, and maintaining smooth operations overnight.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Check-in and check-out guests** efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure all guest information is complete, accurate, and properly recorded.
- **Handle guest inquiries, questions, and concerns**, providing excellent customer service.
- Communicate with management and staff members to resolve issues and provide optimal solutions.
- **Sell rooms** in person and over the phone to potential guests.
- **Perform night audit duties** including reconciling financial transactions, preparing daily reports, and balancing the cash drawer.
- Assist with **cleaning tasks** and ensure the front desk area remains clean and organized.
- **Monitor and maintain inventory** of supplies as needed.
- Contribute to creating a **welcoming and friendly atmosphere** for all guests.
- Ensure that the hotel’s **security protocols are followed** during overnight hours.

**Requirements**:

- Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred.
- **Night audit experience** is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
