The "Relief 2" role covers planned and unplanned absences for the Production ( High speed production liquid product filling machines) and Shipping department. This is a permanent full time position. You may be scheduled to work on one of three shifts, days (6am-2:30pm), afternoons (2pm - 10:30pm) and nights, (10pm - 6:30am) Your 40 hour work week is across one shift only. Relief 2 schedules vary over the month, and as an example, you may work 2 weeks on afternoons, and 2 weeks on nights shift, and the next month you may work 2 weeks of day shift, one week of afternoon, and one week of nights. **Responsibilities and Duties** - Able to work varied days including weekends - Works in multiple positions in a team environment - Trouble shoot challenges on the line - Commit to continuous improvement in the way we do business - Assists co-workers and management when necessary - Committed to excellence in quality - Committed to an injury free plant for yourself and others **Qualifications and Skills** **Production experience in the Dairy industry** - 2+ years experience in operation of high speed fillers - 2+ years experience in a shipping department - Shipping Environment (cold zone ) Must be able to work within cold environment - cold weather uniforms provided. - Forklift licence an asset - Demonstrated good problem solving skills - Good interpersonal skills - Good oral and written communication skills - Aptitude and desire to progress into a leadership role **Benefits** 100% Health and Dental coverage Pension Plan **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $28.62-$31.80 per hour **Benefits**: - Company pension - Dental care - Employee assistance program - Extended health care - Life insurance - Vision care Schedule: - 8 hour shift Application question(s): - How many years of high speed filling experience do you have? - Do you have experience working in high speed manufacturing within the food industry?
