We are seeking staff to build our summer team We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our dynamic food truck team as a Line Cook. As a Mason Jar Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to our recipes and high-quality standards. You will work directly with the Owner & Chef to ensure efficient operations and exceptional food quality.

As a Mason Jar team member, you will be cross-trained in various operating roles such as operating our funnel fryer and soft serve ice cream machine. This individual will prefer working in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities and Experience:

- Dependability required
- Preferred knowledge and experience working in a food truck
- Preferred knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well within a team
