**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Install fiber drops, mechanical and splice-on connectors, and customer equipment to specifications and project requirements.
- Perform troubleshooting as needed to complete installations.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various installation tasks.
- Communicate effectively with both customer and dispatcher.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand installation requirements.
- Ensure all installations are tidy and meet both the specifications for an install but also the customers expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency with basic hand tools.
- Strong understanding of construction painting techniques.
- Ability to read a Scope of Work and perform work within the Scope.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to installation work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials as needed.
