**Position Overview**

First Truck is looking for a **SERVICE ADVISOR** for our Surrey BC. dealership who excels at creating a high-quality customer experience. We believe in TRAINING our employees and promoting from within the organization, creating a culture that believes in fostering a better tomorrow.

**Primary Job Functions**
- Greet customers, book appointments, write up work orders, and schedule repairs.
- Create estimates.
- Invoicing.
- Sell repairs and services recommended by the technician.
- Follow up with customers and keep them updated.
- Explain all work performed and charges.

**Qualifications**
- Great customer service both in person and over the phone, verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Above average computer skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once.
- Confidence using computer systems, writing reports and using scheduling tools.
- Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment.
- Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset.
