The Butcher Chef is a luxury fine dining restaurant dedicated to providing an exceptional dinning experience. Our restaurant specializes in luxury tasting menus and wine pairings, while also providing extraordinary steak house inspired cuisine. We are looking for a new team member to be a strong influential leader that will bring a veteran sophistication to our hospitality. The role will be responsible for assuring the highest standards of service and hospitality.

**Job Qualification**:

- Minimum of 1 years of kitchen experience or 2 years of post secondary education
- Knowledge of basic pastry preparations such as sponges, creams, mousses
- Be able to follow recipes, scale and follow instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers
- Must have valid open work visa
- Must have a flexible schedule

**Expected Duties**:

- Responsible for creating and preparing desserts in accordance with existing menu
- Set up cooking station with all the necessary baking ingredients and equipment
- Ensure the baking inventory is stocked in the kitchen
- Must maintain work area organized and clean

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour
